Near the middle/end of the show Pierce is on duty and seals the envelope and requests Nurse Kellye to have it mailed. In closing scenes, he is still writing the letter to Harry.

14	The Scenery	Kim (Season 2)	When Kim is in the mine field he is sitting on a large rock, but when the chopper comes to pick them up, there are no large rocks anywhere in the mine field.

In Promotion Commotion, Potter tells a soldier that he has only one child - a daughter named Effe . In Strange Bedfellows, his Son-in-law Bob married to Effe, visits the 4077 while on a business trip.

8	Hawkeye Pierce	Chief Surgeon WHO? (Season 1)	Hawkeye finishes working on a patient and moves over to assist Frank with a patient. He never changed his bloody gloves before working on Frank's patient.

3	Major Hot Lips	Hot Lips and Empty Arms (Season 2)	Margaret mentions that Henry looks like her father before he died. In Later Episodes her Father visits the 4077, her divorced parents get together at the reunion, and she receives letters about reassignment from him in the final MAS*H.
2	Dr. Sidney Freedman	Deal Me Out (Season 2)	On Dr. Freedman's first appearance, his first name was Milton. The second (and each episode after) he was referred to as Sidney.
1	Col. Henry Blake	Showtime (Season 1) Henry in Love (Season 2)	Henry had a total of three children, two daughters and a son. In this episode (Showtime) his wife is giving birth to his son. In an earlier episode, (Henry in Love) Henry already has a son named Andrew that is old enought to be talking on the telephone.

The site is now occupied by the recreation facility called Gilbert Lindsay Park.
