Since the Korean war lasted only three years and M*A*S*H ran for eleven years there are some episodes that seem to overlap time example: Potter arrived September 19th, 1952 (Change of Command) but he was seen wearing a 1950 Father Time costume (War for All Seasons)  In my opinion these are not bloopers they are opportunities for the writers to keep consistent with the timeframe of the Korean war and to be in the spirit of the holidays of the viewers.  However, I feel that Henry's son should not have aged from birth to old enough to be talking on the phone or taking trombone lessons.
