Our Hotel Pictures

We stayed at the "Holiday Inn Superdome", just four blocks from the Superdome. A pool on the roof and an exercise room are a few of the perks that made the stay fun. They have the worlds largest Clarinet (shown to the left) and some of the greatest staff I have ever encountered.

Pictures Around Town

Arriving into town we check out the excitement that flows throughout the city. As the sun sets, the city lights add to the beauty of the city. The next day  we walked around and took a few scenic shots while waiting for the Game.  A brief stop through the French Quarter.

Houston Texans vs. New Orleans Saints

The Superdome is definitely a sight worth the drive. Home or the New Orleans Saints hosting the Houston Texans in Pre-Season Game 1 of the 2002 season while we were visiting.  It is 369.4 miles from the Superdome to R &R Sports Bar.

The Louisiana Swamp

We took a tour of the Louisiana Swamps with Cypress Swamp Tours. They pick you up from your Hotel and take you to the edge of the swamp and offer a wildlife show.  Cajun Captain Gary took us into deep into the swamps where the Gators call home.
