"Abyssinia Smokey"

2003 is my Final Season to be Commish of:

Pick'ems, Easy Points, and Black Out

I want to spend my next several season running the Fantasy League and enjoying the leisure life between the weekends as you all have enjoyed these past 10 years.  I, too, do not want to worry about who is not paid, what has to be printed, when things have to be posted, and what has to be picked up, when!  Below is a table of my typical week during the Football season (not including travel time).

I extend a very special thank you to the few that have helped support the additional burden of expenses throughout the years.  At over three reams of paper a season, costs can add quickly. (Have you priced a ream of paper lately?) The extensive usage of toner for the printer and the other misc. expenses that occur along the way add up sharply over time.

Thank you Bob and Jane for the paper that you have provided throughout the years.

Thank you Bobby Rheman for the toner cartridge that you provided in 1999.

Thank you Super Dave for the toner cartridge in 2003.  Thank you Jastro, Phil, and Mikey Bob, for investing $$$ toward the toner in 2003.

Friday

Hunt down Easy points winner (loser) and chase down unpaid Black out players.  Begin selling available squares.

As an added bonus - not listed above, are the countless questions***, the massive amount of bookkeeping and money handling, and the ever so famous "THIS GAME IS FIXED".  All of this combined with the lack of everyone wanting to help support the financial cause was an inspiration for retirement.

From Now On, I Just Want To Enjoy The Games..

***  (what channel is ... on?, when will it be posted?, why didn't I get my bonus?, where is the bonus sheet?, why can't I abbreviate? why do NEITHER one count?, what game is it on?, why did you sell my square?, will you take my sheet late? when are you going to post it?, can I pay you next week?, what channel is it on?, why did you do it that way?, why didn't I get my bonus?, why is St. Louis listed three times?, where is the bonus sheet?, when will I be paid?, what channel is.. on?, why are you so grumpy!!!?, where is the BONUS sheet?)
