Commissioner's Comments

After Week 12 and another interesting week of upsets we see only one team in each division making the move for division leader. Mathematically, still no one has been eliminated from a playoff spot. Upcoming scheduled games may change the possibilities for some teams.

 

The Angry Accountants muster 54 points defeating the Elm Sprouts and maintain a distant lead in the Top division with an 8-4 record. For the second week in a row, the BullDozers have been kept out of the Winner Circle as the Sweet Meat sautéed the Dozers with a week high score of 77, giving him a record of 9-3 in the Bottom Division. This week the Educators burned the Smokey Spot at the steak, leaving nothing but a puff of smoke. The Educators produce 70 points (more points than the last four weeks combined), clobbering the Spot's wimpy score of 23. Team SMTM pull another one out as they defeated the Keg's Killers in another upset with the final score being 51-37, keeping SMTM in the playoff hunt. Texas D&M win another game as they Whoop the Cowboys 49-36.

 

There are only three weeks of regular season remaining. These will be a crucial three weeks to many teams. Good luck to all in the coming weeks.

 

Reminder - After week 12 there is no more trading. Not that anyone has done any trading this season, but you can't now even if you found someone stupid enough to agree to a trade. ALSO, remember that after week 15 (final game of regular season play) there are no free agency transactions allowed, only IR replacements. Check with the Commish for clarifications.
