Commissioner's Comments

With only two weeks of regular season play, things have really heated up for some, and really gotten down right cold for others. All playoff seeds have not yet been filled.

 

Sweet Meat has a spot in the playoffs with a 10-3 record in the Bottom division. Following close behind is Keg's Killers with an 8-5 record. There is also Smokey Spot and Bobby's BullDozers each with a 7-6 record. But the 7-6 tie will be broken next week when the Dozers play the Spot. The Accountants are in the lead in the Top division with an 8-5 record, followed closely by Team SMTM with a 6-7 record.

 

Sweet Meat had a mere 86 points this week. Had they played smart, they could have ended with a smashing 103 points. But the Meat are not Show Boats, so 86 hash marks were fine with them. For those of you that want to help in the contending cause and throw a wrench in the leader cogs... The phrase of the week is Beat the Meat...
