Smokey's Fantasy League 2004 (SFL)

A) Draft method: I want to change it to On-Line (this will reduce league fee by $5)

B) IRR Fee Rates : I propose that EVERY player move cost $5 (same as Free Agency) (Excluding Trades)

C) Transaction opening and closing :  I propose that no transactions can be made until Wednesday Night

D) Convert to a Semi-Performance league :  I propose each player (QB, RB, WR) get 1 point for every 20 Yards (OPTIONAL) plus 3 additional points at 100 and 3 additional points at 200 for rushing and receiving (eg.:4 pts for 92 yds - 8 pts for 101)

E) Tie Breaker:  I propose the tie breaker be the LEAST amount of points on the bench. (Shows that you did the better job of line-up selection- also eliminating practice squad moves)

These changes offer reward for a players efforts and performance (without going overboard) and also give working team owners more of a fair chance at a decent pick-up to replace a poor performing or injured player.  Some of these changes also take the Commish totally out of the transaction loop.
